  • Active youth engagement in civil society and the political process in Quebec is at the heart of The Bishop’s Forum. One of the major components of the Forum is group presentations by participants to a mock parliamentary committee. Over the course of the week, small groups work on a short presentation. On the final day, they present the issue to mock Parliamentary Commissions along with a proposed course of action to address it. This is followed by an exchange with Commissioners and a media scrum.
